Having secured the services of Vitor Roque during the summer transfer window itself, FC Barcelona will be pleased to welcome the 18-year-old striker into the squad in the month of January.
Roque will make his final appearance at Athletico Paranaense’s home stadium, Ligga Arena, before he travels to Europe, according to the official confirmation made by the club that he now plays for, Athletico Paranaense. The game in question is scheduled to take place against Santos FC.

During the summer, Barcelona was able to clinch the transfer of Roque from Athletico in a deal that was worth thirty million euros plus an additional thirty-one million euros in add-ons.
In spite of the fact that the teenage attacker signed a long-term contract with the Blaugrana that would last until 2031, he was forced to continue playing for Brazil since the Catalan club was dealing with concerns related to Financial Fair Play and was unable to register him.
On the other hand, the plan had always been to include the adolescent in the routine in January, rather than waiting until the summer of the following year.
