The veteran defender is seen cradling his “little friend” whilst holding a bottle to his mouth.

His latest exploit, however, is bizarre even by the standards of the Frenchman- who is turning into quite the cult figure on Instagram.

Evra captioned the video on his Instagram account: ‘Good night everyone. Look carefully how quickly I stand up while he stop drinking his milk I was so scаred.

‘I love this game ahahahah talking to lion too now… when he stops drinking I said “now it’s my turn”.’

Game? That is certainly not a game, Patrice. And who can blame him for getting the shakes after feeding time?

Although Evra was scаred leaving the lion, no harm was done. And many fans will be relieved by that.
